Returns and refunds

For an accepted product order, request a return within 15 calendar days after receiving the product. Ordinary returns are accepted for new, unused products only. Contact the seller identified when your order was confirmed to obtain return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send products to the publisher's correspondence address.

The customer pays the actual return shipping cost. The refund is processed within 7 calendar days after the returned product is received. Any mandatory consumer rights under the law governing your purchase remain in force.
